Always extolling my virtues and the virtues of others, she seeks opportunities to advance their causes. She is a tireless advocate of individual achievement. Thomas Bush, CSP

Safety Director at The Construction Exchange of Buffalo & WNY

Crystal was hired to elevate the safety on a fast track construction project at an active facility who manufactures a drywall product. When she came to the job there was simply a shell of a program and straight forward direction.

As a self starter and knowledgeable person of safety Crystal seized the opportunity to elevate the project and the company into a safer contractor meeting or exceeding the safety expectations of the owner and their hired oversight.

While her level of experience and knowledge met the job specifications, other company staff made a request for change to an individual outside the area to approach the job's union staff with an out of area approach. Given another opportunity in the New York City area I would hire Crystal again.
